Accommodation

Standard Room

The rooms are modern and tastefully decorated. A standard 18 m² room features a separable double bed, a beautiful bathroom with a shower, a 42-inch TV, and free Wi-Fi.

Superior Room

For a little extra comfort, choose our Superior Rooms. These rooms are the same size as the Standard Rooms but offer a guaranteed sea view and additional amenities such as a Nespresso machine.

Deluxe Room

Indulge in luxury by staying in one of the two Deluxe Rooms on the second floor. Each room measures 24 m² and offers a stunning sea view. The room includes two armchairs, a table, a coffee machine, a steam cooker, a bathrobe, a desk, and a chair. The spacious bathroom features a double shower.

Junior Suite

16 elegant Junior Suites with a panoramic view of the fjord. Each suite has a private terrace of 10 to 14 m², a sitting area, a workspace, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The beds are high-quality continental beds that cannot be separated. We receive many positive comments about the comfort of these beds!

Sea Cabin

Perfectly suited for families and small groups of up to 5 people. Here, you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening! If you arrive by boat, you can dock at our private harbor. The cabins are spread over two floors, each with its own terrace facing the sea.

The spa area features two large luxurious jacuzzis with a stunning sea view.

You’ll also find a large sauna and a unique veranda where you can relax while soaking up the summer sun.

Floating Sauna

The Havblikk Fjord Sauna is a sauna boat currently docked at the harbor.
All guests are welcome to book walk-in sessions or reserve the entire boat for a private sauna cruise.

Boat Rental

Explore the coastline and try your luck at fishing.

Enjoy an amazing sea fishing experience near the Marstein lighthouse or take a leisurely boat trip to scenic bays and villages. How about a coffee and ice cream at the Glesvær café pier?

At disposal rent out 7 Øien boats equipped with motors and easy to handle. Boats are docked at the hotel, and before renting, you’ll receive an introduction on boat handling. Renters must provide a boating license and sign a self-declaration form (If you were born before 1980, no license is required).

Kayak Adventure

Experience the thrill of sea kayaking in our stunning coastal waters.

Our stable and easy-to-maneuver kayaks are perfect for both beginners and experienced paddlers.
With easy beach access, getting in and out of the water is effortless.

A limited fleet of 6 single kayaks and 1 double kayak, so be sure to book in advance.
Please note: Kayaking is an outdoor activity with inherent risks. All renters must sign a waiver and be at least 13 years old if accompanied by an adult.

Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP)

SUP is a great full-body workout and a wonderful way to clear your mind.
Perfect for exercise, fun, and relaxation.

Stand-up paddling is growing in popularity in Norway. With your own board and paddle, balance yourself while gliding through the ocean waters at Sotra.

Move with nature and feel completely at peace!

We offer the following SUP boards:

• 1 Starboard Widepoint 10.5 – Stable and easy to paddle, ideal for users up to 60-70 kg.
• 1 Boga Caballa iSUP 11.5 – A larger, more stable family board with good speed, for users up to 100 kg.
• 1 Boga Yoga iSUP – A larger, stable board that can also carry children or a dog, suitable for users up to 120 kg.

Electric Bike Rental

With an electric bike, you can explore routes you wouldn’t normally take on a regular bike, keeping your energy levels high for an exciting adventure. Highly recommended!

This is the island visible from your hotel room, a charming little island by the sea.
In this direction, you’ll experience the best of Western Norway’s nature, with boathouses, cozy bays, and panoramic ocean views.

Free Electric Ferry from Klokkarvik to Hjellestad

Trip Description: A fantastic half-day or full-day excursion.

The route from the hotel to Klokkarvik pier is about 8 km and takes 45 to 60 minutes depending on your pace. The journey passes through rural landscapes with stunning ocean views.

The ferry ride is also a unique experience! This brand-new, silent electric ferry stops at the idyllic islands of Lerøy and Bjelkarøy, with a 35-minute crossing.

Sauna Boat

The sauna boat can be used at the dock or take you on a refreshing sauna cruise out on the fjord.

Camp Panorama

The activities at ‘Camp Panorama’ are simple yet engaging.

The tasks are so varied that everyone can contribute, regardless of strengths and weaknesses.

The camp consists of exercises that require teamwork, creativity, strength, efficiency, and knowledge.

RIB Safari

The hotel’s unique location right by the open sea offers perfect opportunities for sea rafting with a RIB. Feel the adrenaline rush and become one with the wild and beautiful sea!

Discovery of the contrasts, this is why the tour stats slowly through the beautiful archipelago, before heading out into the open sea, often around Marstein Lighthouse if the weather allows.

At disposal 2 RIB boats, each accommodating 12 passengers.

Beer Tasting

During a beer tasting, you’ll be served the house’s own beer varieties, along with a few extra selections, all paired with carefully chosen cheeses.

Alongside the beer, you’ll also hear stories about the names of the different beers and learn about several interesting historical events from the area.

We will also give you a tour of the production facility and explain the brewing process.

Sightseeing Tour to Marstein Lighthouse

Join on a guided tour to Marstein Lighthouse – we guarantee a nature experience you’ll never forget! The journey out is by RIB, giving you a perfect combination of sea rafting, sightseeing, and storytelling. The crossing takes approximately 15 minutes.

RIB Safari to the Historic Telavåg

Not far from the hotel lies the village of Telavåg and the North Sea Maritime Museum, which tells powerful stories of the resistance movement along the coast and the terror that wiped out the village during World War II.

The museum showcases the film “The Tragedy of Telavåg,” where you’ll hear firsthand accounts from witnesses of the North Sea merchant fleet and the village’s destruction. The museum also features exhibitions, with a free audio guide available in Norwegian, English, and German.

“Deadline” with Sotra villmarksenter

“Deadline is an indoor activity that engages participants, fosters teamwork, and sparks creativity and collaboration.

Each group is given a suitcase filled with tasks that must be solved before the time runs out. With a wide variety of challenges, everyone must contribute to solving the puzzles, which include logical, theoretical, and practical tasks.

Panorama challenge

Panorama Challenge is a creative and fun activity where your group will receive a steady stream of varied tasks. These can range from photo challenges and quizzes to things you need to find or accomplish.

Sailing trips

The sailing trip is ideal for small groups of 2 to 6 people, but we can also organize multiple boats if needed.

Experience the idyllic coastline at its best, with magical islands, islets, and a unique archipelago!

The crew on board can involve guests in sailing the boat. Safety and security on board are a priority, so there will always be a thorough safety briefing before the trip begins.

Brewery

BRYGGKJELLEREN is a microbrewery located in the basement of Panorama Hotel & Resort. The brewery opened its doors on September 24, 2020, and has since then been producing handcrafted beer and cider exclusively for our own taps.”
