DAY 1 | PARIS > REYKJAVIK

Departure on Icelandair regular flight to Reykjavik.

Arrival in Reykjavik. Transfer on your own to Reykjavik.

Check-in to your standard room at Hotel Centum or similar.

Explore the downtown area, starting with a stroll around the old town, including Laugavegur street and Austurvöllur square. Visit the famous Hallgrímskirkja church and ascend to the top to enjoy a panoramic view of the city.

Dine at one of the many restaurants in the city to taste Icelandic cuisine.

Overnight stay.

DAY 2 | REYKJAVIK

Breakfast.

Start the day by visiting the National Museum of Iceland to learn more about the history and culture of the country.

Next, head to the Reykjavik Art Museum to explore contemporary Icelandic art.

Take a lunch break at one of the cafes or restaurants in the city center.

In the afternoon, take a leisurely stroll along the waterfront and visit Harpa, Reykjavik’s cultural and conference center.

End the day by dining at one of the restaurants in Reykjavik’s old harbor.

DAY 3 | REYKJAVIK

Breakfast.

Embark on a full-day excursion to the Reykjanes Peninsula. Visit the Blue Lagoon for a relaxing experience in its mineral-rich warm waters.

Next, explore the geothermal area of Gunnuhver and the Reykjanes Geopark.

Make a stop in the coastal town of Grindavik for lunch.

Continue your exploration by visiting the Bridge between Continents and the Mid-Atlantic Ridge zone.

DAY 4 | REYKJAVIK

Embark on a full-day excursion to the Golden Circle, a region famous for its spectacular landscapes and natural attractions.

Visit Thingvellir National Park, home to the world’s oldest parliament and the rift between the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates.

Next, head to Gullfoss Waterfall, one of Iceland’s largest waterfalls.

Finish the day with a visit to the Geysir and Strokkur geysers.

DAY 5 | REYKJAVIK > PARIS

Breakfast.

Transfer on your own to Tórshavn Airport.

Departure on Atlantic Airways regular flight to Paris.

This hotel is located on one of the oldest streets in Reykjavik, Adalstraeti, just 200 meters from the Reykjavik Art Museum. It features a unique exhibition center dedicated to the Vikings and offers rooms with satellite TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Reykjavik Centrum Hotel offers both hotel rooms and self-catering studios. All feature modern decor, a stylish bathroom, and wooden floors. Traditional Icelandic dishes and a wide selection of wines are served at Fjalaköttur, Reykjavik Centrum’s award-winning restaurant. The hotel also has its own bar-café, Uppsalir. The hotel was built on the ruins of a traditional Viking-era cabin. An exhibition center now pays homage to this era within the establishment. You can also admire the oldest human remains, dating back to 870 AD.

The Flybus shuttle provides connections between the international airport and downtown Reykjavik. It takes approximately 45 minutes each way, costing around 66 euros for a round trip.
