Unique Luxury Villas

The villas subtly blend into the unique landscape of Lapland. Modern design seamlessly merges with the finest natural materials, and large windows bring the serene environment indoors to become part of the decor. Luxurious furnishings add to the comfort and provide the finishing touch to the dignified environment, while the specialty of the villas, the unheated atmospheric Kammi room, invites you to gather around a naked flame.

The nine villas are located on the quiet side of the Levi River, by the banks of the Ounasjoki River, which flows freely, surrounded by the unique nature of Taalovaara. Lapland experiences open right from the doorstep of the villa: a cross-country ski trail runs along the edge of the villa area, there is easy access to snowmobile routes, and the nearest ski lift is just 1,200 meters away. The lively center of Levi is a 10-minute drive away, while Kittilä Airport is only 15 minutes away.

The Lounge

The lounge is a gathering place for guests.

During a busy season, it operates as your arrival lounge before check-in, or at departure while awaiting your airport transfer. Lunch upon arrival and departure can be ordered to be enjoyed in the lounge and it will serve as your base, should you decide to add an activity on the day of your arrival or departure, to make the most out of your experience.

Larger groups and families can convene in the lounge for all their meal packages to be enjoyed together in our cozy clubhouse restaurant.

The lounge is a versatile, modern, and comfortable environment for all types of small and intimate family or corporate events. It can easily be transformed to suit all kinds of gatherings, with only imagination as our limiting factor. The glass-framed outdoor lounge can feature larger products, be used for drinks and welcome speeches, or be set up as a bar or additional dining area in the summer.

The space allows you to gather around a large table for a more formal event or lounge comfortably on sofas while focusing on a presentation, or even practice yoga.

Winter on the hill could be better described by snow, complete silence, and a starry sky illuminated by frost. This colder period of the year harbors extraordinary beauty and magic within it. Polar night fills the air with romance, and the perfect end to a day spent outdoors is to relax by a crackling fire. The blue hues of the heart of winter are delightful, and the seasonal celebrations – Christmas and New Year’s – bring tradition into the fold.

As polar night gives way to the first rays of sunlight, the fall begins to prepare for a new season: spring. This beautiful time of year is flooded with light as the perfect snow still crunches beneath shoes and skis. It’s prime time for skiing, both downhill and cross-country, as well as for looking upwards and witnessing the northern lights.
