The Parkside Pyhä consists of semi-detached houses with well-equipped apartments. The first 14 apartments are now ready.

Design

Parkside Pyhä is designed with respect for nature, aesthetics, and functionality in the North. Nature and sustainability are crucial to them. Therefore, they have designed the buildings to withstand the test of time, style, and Arctic conditions.

They have chosen wood as the main material, both inside and outside. It is environmentally friendly, durable, warm, providing a natural and distinctly Finnish feel. Wood is also a cozy and relaxing material, pleasant and warm to the touch.

For the bathroom and corridor, they have opted for stone tiles, which have a soft touch like beach stones. They are also non-slip for the safety of their guests.

The interior design is simplistic. They use both light and dark colors to create a mystical and spacious feel at the same time. The tones used in the decor are an interpretation of the polar night and the lightness of the midnight sun, representing the colors of different seasons in Lapland. They aim to offer their guests a warm minimalist experience with a touch of Nordic warmth.

The Pyhä-Luosto National Park is only 100 meters from the apartments, so you can feel nature when you step outside or enjoy a pleasant evening on your own glass-enclosed terrace, facing north for the best Northern Lights experience.

Sunday Morning Resort is located in a peaceful forest that guarantees your privacy and tranquility, but there’s also plenty of action for those who seek it. You can explore the Pyhä-Luosto National Park by bike or on foot from your doorstep. There are also two ski resorts nearby where you can find activities and services throughout the year.
