Snowmobile safari in the heart of the wild nature

DAY 1 | SNOWMOBILE SAFARI (approx. 60-100 km)

You will meet your guide in the morning, depending on your personal itinerary. Pickup is included at our partner’s office, Rovaniemi Airport, or at any accommodation unit within 10 km of downtown Rovaniemi. Handover of equipment for your upcoming adventure. After the equipment handover, we enjoy a hearty lunch. During lunch, your guide(s) will provide more detailed information about the safari. Once we are all ready to go, we head to the snowmobiles. You will receive comprehensive driving and safety instructions before our departure. The trails will take us into the backcountry, leaving urban areas behind. We will make several stops along the way to take a break and capture stunning photos. As night falls, it’s quite common for the sky to light up, and the Northern Lights may guide us to our accommodation. Upon arrival at our destination chalet, we’ll enjoy a good, hearty dinner, and naturally, you’ll have the opportunity to bask in the warmth of the sauna. You’ll go to bed tonight with a smile on your face.

DAY 2 | SNOWMOBILE SAFARI AND ARCTIC ANIMALS (approx. 80-120 km)

Every adventure should start on a full stomach, so we first enjoy our breakfast. Then, it’s full speed ahead and ready to go! Our adventure begins right from the chalet. We traverse through different landscapes and speed along forest trails on our way north. Lunch is enjoyed at a designated location along the way. Today, you will also have the opportunity to meet local animals. You can choose to see either reindeer or huskies. We will visit a local reindeer farm or husky kennel, and a short ride is guaranteed for both. Additionally, you’ll have plenty of time to learn about the animals and capture some beautiful photos to take home. We arrive in Rovaniemi in the evening.
