What remains certain is the atmosphere: deep silence, the warmth of the fire, and the calming rhythm of nature.

An evening at Wilderness Lodge is about calm moments and simple flavors by the fire. In the courtyard of the old log cabin, we serve artisanal sausages, a seasonal vegan salad, fresh bread and warm berry juice.

Your guide shares stories as time slows down. The northern lights may appear, or the sky may fill with stars — but what we always promise is warmth, taste and unhurried tranquility.

This evening at Wilderness Lodge invites you into deep stillness. By the old cabin, firelight, silence and a carefully prepared three-course dinner create a soothing atmosphere. The sauna is heated the traditional way.

Between sauna sessions, you may cool off in the lake in summer or in the snow in winter. The northern lights might dance above, or the sky may remain quietly dark. Either way, the promise is the same: warmth, calm and a timeless evening in nature.

At Wilderness Lodge, the old log cabin becomes your private retreat. You prepare your own three-course dinner by the fire and heat the sauna at your own pace.

Night at Wilderness Lodge – All the Essentials of Comfort

A night at Wilderness Lodge is a true pause from the world. Guided through the forest to the cabin, you arrive to a lit fire, a three-course dinner prepared without hurry, and a sauna heated in the traditional way.

You are free to simply be — listen to the fire, speak softly, or remain in silence. Under the stars, beneath the northern lights, or wrapped in gentle darkness, the evening offers warmth and serenity.

After a restful night, breakfast is served in the same calm spirit. Everything is prepared for you — all that remains is to let go and settle into the moment.

Saunas

In Loimu, the sauna is an integral part of the stay.

For guests staying at the hotel, access to the morning sauna is included.

If you want to enjoy it for a longer period or in complete privacy, the sauna area can be fully privatized, even for people outside the hotel.

The wellness area includes a smoke sauna, Pirtti electric sauna, jacuzzi and in winter an ice pool (or a swim in a lake in summer). The Pirtti can also be privatized for your meals.
