Nallikari Holiday Village is a year-round resort located just 3.5 kilometers from the center of Oulu. Nallikari, the most beautiful sandy beach on the Gulf of Bothnia, and perhaps in all of Finland, is right next door.

The Village offers year-round accommodations: 24 high-quality Villas, 28 Cottages, and a caravan site. In summer, guests can also enjoy summer chalets and a large tent camping area. The area includes modern service buildings, sauna and conference facilities, as well as a restaurant.

Nallikari Aalto offers 21 high-quality hotel apartments with direct sea views, the Bistoria Patio restaurant, equipment rentals, the Nallikari Safari center, and Osfysio massage and wellness services. Come and enjoy high-quality accommodations and a variety of services by the sea.

Hiekka Standard Apartments

The Hiekka Standard apartments evoke warm summer days all year round. These apartments have an area of 33.5 m² and can accommodate up to 2+2 people. The Hiekka Standard apartments are equipped with a compact kitchen, a bathroom, and a living area with a double bed (two separate beds side by side) and a sofa bed. Each Standard apartment also features a large balcony with a direct sea view.

Kuura Superior Apartments

Kuura Superior apartments exude the exoticism of winter even on warm summer days. The apartments are 33.5 m² in size and accommodate 2 people in beds, with an additional sofa bed available to accommodate two extra persons if needed. The apartments are equipped with a compact kitchen, bathroom, private sauna, and a living area. Each Kuura Superior apartment also features a large balcony with a direct view of the sea.

Aava Superior Plus

Aava Superior Plus apartments are located on the second and third floors, offering a stunning view of the sea year-round from the glazed balcony with own hot tub. These 47 m² apartments can accommodate max. 4+2 person. The apartments are equipped with a compact kitchen, a living area, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a private sauna. The apartment features a double bed (two separate beds next to each other) in the living area, two separate beds in the bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room.

Kuura Suite

Kuura Suite is located on the third floor, offering stunning sea views and adding a touch of luxury to everyday life while providing a lavish addition to special occasions. This 33.5 m² suite accommodates 2 people in beds, with an additional sofa bed available to accommodate two extra persons if needed. The suite is equipped with a compact kitchen, bathroom, private sauna, and a living area that features a separate double bed and a sofa bed. Additionally, the Kuura Suite includes a spacious glazed balcony with its own private hot tub.

Please note that the child rate applies to children under 12 years old. Pets are not allowed in Kuura Suite. Free parking is available at the apartment hotel’s parking area (1 space per apartment). Electric vehicle charging is possible at an official charging point.

The villas

The Villas are modern apartments built in the archipelago style with a sauna and 2–4 bedrooms.

The Holiday Village area features 24 modern Villas available for year-round use, most of which are the Poiju Villas for 4+2 people. All of our Villas are situated so that you can enjoy daylight and sunshine on the patio all year-round. Our Villas are modern accommodations built in the archipelago style. The large windows bring the beauty of nature indoors!

All Villas include a kitchen, a dining area, a sauna, at min. two bedrooms, a spacious combined kitchen and living room, a fireplace, and a big terrace. Both Villa Försti and Villa Seilori have two six-persons apartments with interconnecting door to accommodate up to 8+4 people. Villas A22, A23 and A24 are accessible.

The Villas have a 2 night minimum stary during the weekend !

Poiju Villa

The Poiju Villas are modern 54 m² archipelago style apartments for 4+2 people, with saunas. Pets are welcome at some Poiju Villa Soolo apartments.

There are 19 Poiju Villa apartments to choose from. The spacious patios open out towards either the beautiful natural scenery in the area, or the inner courtyard of the Villa accommodation area. Accommodations feature both the single, pet-friendly Soolo apartments as well as the Duo apartments in semi-detached houses.

Villa Kippari

Villa Kippari is the largest single Villa at 92 m² and space for 6+2 people. Villa Kippari is situated closest to the waterfront.

This pet-free and accessible Villa has a well equipped kitchen, a dining area, a sauna, two toilets, three bedrooms with separate beds, a fireplace, and a large terrace. Free parking is available for two cars in front of the Villa. You can charge your electric car at the official e-car charging station.

The spacious combined kitchen and living room is also perfect for celebrations, meetings and gatherings (max. 15 people).

108 m² buildings has two interconnecting apartments to accommodate up to 8+4 people.

A wonderful choice for a group or a larger family! Both Villa Seilori and Villa Försti have two six-person apartments that can be connected via interconnecting door.

Both accommodations are pet-free, and Villa Seilori is also accessible. The accommodations feature a fully outfitted kitchen, a sauna, two toilets, two bedrooms with separate beds, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fireplace, and a big patio. You can find free parking in front of the Villa. You can charge your electric car at the official e-car charging station.

Holiday Cottages

There are 28 Holiday Cottages available for year-round use. Holiday Cottages are available as studio models as well as larger cottages with one bedroom. The Holiday Cottages are situated in the Pooki and Masto areas.

• All of the Cottages feature a well equipped kitchen, a shower, a toilet, and a small terrace.
• Rate incl. bed linens, towels, and a final cleaning. The downstairs beds are made ready. Each Cottage will have bed linens and towels for maxim guest capacity.
• The kitchen is stocked with tableware, cooking utensils, a cooker with an oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker and an electric kettle, a toaster, and a dishwasher.
• The combined kitchen and living room has a TV.
• The public saunasare free to use depending on the season.

Studio Holiday Cottage 23m²

Holiday Cottage with a combined kitchen and living room, a loft, and its own bathroom.

The three person Holiday Cottages feature two beds in the combined kitchen and living room, as well as one bed in the loft. The five person Cottages also have two mattresses available in the loft. We recommend that the five person Cottages be used to accommodate max. 3 adults (+ 2 children).

1 Bedroom Holiday Cottage 33m²

This traditional one bedroom Holiday Cottage can accommodate up to five people. We recommend 3 adults and 2 children.

This Holiday Cottage features a combined kitchen and living room, and its own bathroom. The separate bedroom has two beds, and one bed and two mattresses can be found up in the loft.
