Aura Arctic Chalets

A privately hosted retreat located in Saariselkä, Finnish Lapland. Two chalets with seven-metre panoramic windows in the living areas and four-metre windows in the bedrooms, set within a peaceful forest estate far from the crowds. This is neither a hotel, nor a resort, nor another glass igloo village. Riikka and Timo personally built and run the property themselves: there is no reception, no shared spaces, and no outside guests unless invited.

The chalets welcome families, groups of friends, and couples seeking privacy and personalised hospitality in the heart of Arctic nature. Riikka and Timo, your multilingual hosts, speak fluent Italian, French, and English. Every stay includes private airport transfers, a delicious breakfast served each morning in the chalet, housekeeping, and a personal concierge available to organise everything from Northern Lights experiences to peaceful evenings by the fire.
