EasyJoin solar scientists, Dr. Mark Miesch, PhD and Dr. Sarah Gibson, PhD on a northern lights experience of a lifetime! Your adventure begins in Churchill, Manitoba where northern lights are active 300 nights each year.
Glide above Churchill’s vast autumn landscape by helicopter, surveying red foxes, moose, ptarmigan, and caribou herds traversing the tundra – polar bears may even grace the Hudson Bay coastline below.
Weather permitting, you’ll witness Aurora’s nightly dance of mystical light and colour against starry skies from curated viewing and photography areas in and around Churchill as well as a stunning location on the coast of the Hudson Bay — exclusive to Lazy Bear Lodge and Expeditions.
