The classic room at the Captain Cook Hotel is available with two double beds or a king-sized bed. All Deluxe Rooms offer a splendid view of downtown Anchorage, Cook Inlet, or the Chugach Mountains.

Dining

Crow’s Nest

Perched atop Tower III, the AAA Four Diamond gourmet restaurant offers a blend of French and New American cuisine, a cellar stocked with an extensive selection of wines, and breathtaking views of the city, Chugach Mountains, and Cook Inlet.

The elevators open at 5:00 PM from Tuesday to Saturday. The operating hours are as follows: Tuesday to Thursday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Friday to Saturday from 5:00 PM to 10:30 PM. The last seating for dining reservations is set at 8:30 PM.

Fletcher’s     

Nestled on the ground floor, Fletcher’s serves Italian cuisine in a classic English pub setting. Settle in at the bar for appetizers and a cocktail or take a seat for a full-service dinner.

Open daily from 11:30 AM to midnight. Dining service concludes at 11:00 PM, and the bar remains open until midnight.

The Pantry

Start your day with a classic breakfast. From healthy choices to hearty options, order your favorite morning meal.

Open Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM and Saturday to Sunday from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

The Cubby

Discover specialty coffees, beer, wine, or convenient grab-and-go food for those on the move. Ideally located on the main level of Tower II, the Cubby is a perfect spot for work or relaxation.

Open daily from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Whale’s Tail

 Join them for dancing and drinks as they reopen their bar and lounge this winter. The resident DJ, DJ III George, will be spinning from 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

Open from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
