Tahko Spa Hotel is a modern resort complex located in the center of Tahko. Since 2005, it has offered a unique combination of accommodation, wellness, and activities in an exceptional natural environment.
Thanks to its ideal location, visitors can easily reach many activities, restaurants, shops, and ski slopes on foot. The complex can accommodate around 150 guests and offers a wide range of services:

The holiday apartments at Tahko Spa Hotel, located in the very center of Tahko, are comfortable, well equipped, and high quality. All services are within walking distance: activities, restaurants, ski slopes, and shops.
Green Suites – From €200 per night
The Tahko Spa Suites Green, designed by Vertti Kivi, opened in December 2024. They offer seven different apartment types, ranging from top-floor suites to family apartments. These apartments are perfect for longer stays.
Lilja Suite (37 m²) – 2 people + 2 extra beds
A comfortable apartment for two people with a private Finnish sauna, terrace, and kitchen.
Halla Suite (48 m²) – 3 people + 2 extra beds
Our most popular apartment in Suites Green. Ideal for small groups.
Kuura Suite (48 m²) – 4 people + 2 extra beds
Similar to Halla but larger. Enjoy your own Finnish sauna, kitchen, and terrace.
Utu Suite (60 m²) – 4 people + 2 extra beds
Utu offers stunning views over the Old Course golf course through large windows. Two elegant bedrooms ensure a comfortable stay.
Aava Suite (60 m²) – 5 people + 2 extra beds
Aava is the ideal choice for families and groups of friends. Three spacious bedrooms and a dedicated remote-working space.
Kajo Suites (103–113 m²) – 4 people + 2 extra beds
Located on the top floor, Kajo Suites feature two glass terraces, a private jacuzzi, two balconies, and a fireplace — perfect for a relaxing stay.
Valo Suites (103–113 m²) – 4 people + 2 extra beds
Designed for guests seeking excellence, the spacious top-floor Valo Suite elevates every moment with generous space, stunning views, and refined ambiance — ideal for an unforgettable luxury stay.

Red Apartments – From €225 per night
Completed at the end of 2015, the Red Apartments feature elegant interiors with light Scandinavian tones. Available in two sizes, they offer a comfortable and modern stay with Nordic elegance.
Golf Apartment (49.5 m²) – 3 people + 2 extra beds
A spacious two-bedroom apartment at an affordable price.
Vuori Apartment (58 m²) – 3 people + 2 extra beds

Together, we aim to improve the visitor experience and well-being while preserving our region for future generations. As one of these businesses, Tahko Spa Hotel holds both the EcoCompass certificate and the Sustainable Travel Finland label, and we are currently working toward obtaining the Green Key certification. We prioritize local products, services, and employment, with more than 90% of our staff coming from Nilsiä or nearby areas. Our current goals are to better communicate our commitment to sustainability to our guests and to train our staff to work as responsibly as possible. Environmental responsibility is at the core of our operations. We actively reduce energy and water consumption, provide recycling points, and have installed motion-sensor showers in selected apartments.
