Itinerary

DAY 1 | COPENHAGEN

Arrival at Copenhagen airport, take possession of your vehicle and join the north coast of the island of Seeland. The road runs along the sea and crosses charming seaside places before reaching the region of Elseneur. You will discover the majestic castle of Kronborg, a UNESCO World Heritage site, famous for having inspired Hamlet. A walk along the port and in the historic alleys allows one to soak up the Danish maritime air.

DAY 2 | DANISH RIVIERA

This day celebrates the Danish way of life. You will walk along the Danish Riviera, marked by clear sandy beaches, elegant ports and colorful houses. A stop in Humlebæk allows you to enjoy the seaside atmosphere or visit the famous Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, beautifully integrated into the coastal village. In the afternoon dive into the region of lakes and forests around Holte. Balde on foot or by bike along the banks, moments of contemplation and nature.

DAY 3 | COPENHAGEN, NORDIC CAPITAL

You join the Danish capital for a day dedicated to discovering Copenhagen, creative and elegant city. On the program: the colorful district of Nyhavn, the Little Mermaid, the royal palaces of Amalienborg, as well as the canals of Christianshavn. Lovers of urban atmosphere will appreciate the districts of Vesterbro or Nørrebro, real showcases of Nordic design and gastronomy.

In the evening, you reach your hotel located in the port district, offering a contemporary setting and a beautiful view of the water.

DAY 4 | ROSKILDE AND VIKING HERITAGE

You leave the capital for Roskilde, former royal capital of Denmark. The day begins with a visit to the UNESCO-listed Roskilde Cathedral, where the Danish sovereigns are buried.

The Viking boat museum then allows for a better understanding of the maritime history and explorer of the country. The afternoon is conducive to a walk along the fjord, offering beautiful perspectives on the water and the surrounding landscapes.

DAY 5 | ZEALAND COASTLINE AND SEASIDE ATMOSPHERE

After breakfast in Roskilde, you take the road to the south-east of the island of Seeland. The journey is short and pleasant, crossing a peaceful countryside before reaching the coast. Upon your arrival in Køge, a charming town, you stroll through the historic center, renowned for its large square lined with half-timbered houses and its authentic atmosphere. The small port and quiet alleys invite you to a relaxed walk, punctuated by local life.

You then continue towards the Comwell Køge Strand, ideally located by the sea. The afternoon is voluntarily left free to fully enjoy the environment: walk on the long sandy beach facing the hotel, bike ride along the coast or simple moment of rest.

DAY 6 | CROSSING TO FUNEN AND THE SMALL BELT

You cross the spectacular Great Belt Bridge, linking Zealand to the island of Funen, before reaching the Lesser Belt region. In Middelfart, you enjoy the maritime atmosphere and coastal landscapes. The region is renowned for the observation of porpoises and for its trails along the water. The afternoon lends itself to a walk or a moment of relaxation facing the strait.

DAY 7 | EASTERN JUTLAND AND HISTORICAL ELEGANCE

You continue your discovery towards eastern Jutland, a more confidential and verdant region. In Horsens, you can stroll in the city center, along the redeveloped port or explore the fjord of Horsens, conducive to nature walks. Culture lovers can visit the former prison of Horsens, today an emblematic museum of the country.

Your day ends at the Comwell Bygholm Park hotel, housed in a former mansion surrounded by a vast landscaped park, perfect for a last evening of serenity.

DAY 8 | COPENHAGEN

Last step of your trip. You take the road back to Copenhagen, with the possibility of taking a break in Odense or in a typical village of Funen.

Arrival at Copenhagen airport, return of the vehicle and end of this elegant journey with a Nordic rhythm.
