Very easyThe culture, art, and cuisine of the First Nations are wonderfully celebrated in this unique getaway. Located in the pristine winter landscape of Wendake’s protected parks, along the banks of the Akiawenrahk River, the Hôtel-Musée Premières Nations is where modern, elegant accommodation meets an authentic First Nations cultural experience.
Designed in harmony with the richness of its natural surroundings, the property features an open concept with numerous exterior walls made of floor-to-ceiling glass panels, flooding the building with sunlight filtering through the surrounding groves of trees.
Enjoy delicious meals combined with a visit to the on-site interactive museum, as well as a guided workshop to create a traditional necklace. During the day, explore the vast wooded grounds on snowshoes, then, at nightfall, be transported by a magical evening walk celebrating the life and values of the great Huron-Wendat Nation (activity at an additional cost and located off-site). The trail comes alive with First Nations-inspired imagery, accompanied by authentic and enchanting music and harmonies, creating an immersive and memorable experience.
