DAY 1 | ROVANIEMI

Arrival at Rovaniemi Airport.

Transfer to the Arctic City Hotel. Check-in at the hotel, ideally located in the heart of Rovaniemi, close to restaurants, boutiques and the lively atmosphere of the capital of Lapland. Enjoy your first evening discovering the city’s winter atmosphere and the unique ambiance of the Arctic Circle.

DAY 2 | SANTA CLAUS SAFARI – 6h

Transfer to our partner’s office for your day activity.

This family safari combines nature, culture and the warm spirit of Christmas. The day begins with a snowmobile safari to a reindeer farm steeped in Sámi culture. Enjoy a reindeer sleigh ride and take part in a traditional ceremony: crossing the Arctic Circle. In the afternoon, the journey continues by coach to Santa Claus Village – the perfect place for Christmas shopping. You can also send postcards from Santa’s Main Post Office. During the day, you will meet Santa Claus in person and enjoy a delicious lunch in a cosy restaurant. To top it all off, you will receive your Arctic Circle Crossing diploma!

Transfer back to your accommodation.

DAY 3 | HUSKY SAFARI – 10 km

Breakfast.

Transfer to our partner’s office for your day activity.

After a short coach ride from the city to the husky kennel, you will be welcomed by the enthusiastic barking of these friendly dogs. Before departure, you will learn how to control the sleds. This safari offers a unique experience: the bond between the musher and the dogs during a shared expedition through the wilderness. You will quickly discover that behind their piercing icy gaze lies a friendly companion that forms close bonds with humans.

Back at the kennel, enjoy a warm berry juice around the fire while chatting with the musher about these extraordinary Arctic animals.

Transfer back to your accommodation.

DAY 4 | ROVANIEMI

Enjoy your final moments in the magical atmosphere of Rovaniemi before your transfer to the airport, with unforgettable memories in mind.
