Radalla Resort offers lakeside accommodation in the hotel and manor, as well as lakeside suites. The lakeside hotel has 25 double rooms, some of which can also accommodate an additional bed. The stylish manor features 2 double rooms and 1 triple room, along with 2 suites, each boasting a balcony overlooking the lake. The 10 Scandinavian lakeside suites for two persons opened for bookings in the summer of 2022.

The resort provides free parking, and the reception is located in the manor house.

THE HOTEL

The lakeside hotel has 25 standard twin rooms that can accommodate 1-2 people in comfortable double spring beds. Furthermore, six of the rooms have a sofa bed that can accommodate one adult or two children. All the rooms are between 19-22 sqm, and each has an en suite bathroom with shower, and A/C with cooling and warming option. There are also 4 pet-friendly rooms, some of which conveniently have an outside door towards the forest. 2 of the pet-friendly rooms have a sofa bed.

THE MANOR HOUSE

The manor house was originally built in 1856 and was completely renovated from 2019 to 2021. The stylish rooms are on the upper floor of this unique and charming building – please note that there is no elevator. On the ground floor of the manor house, you will find the hotel reception as well as the Restaurant Balladi. At the bottom floor, you may find the sauna and the cabinet (available for private events), as well as the entrance to the lakeside terrace.
The manor house has 2 double rooms and 1 triple room, as well as 2 suites, each with a balcony facing the lake.

The recently renovated and stylish manor house rooms are designed for single, double, or triple occupancy and have an area of approximately 22 square meters. Each room features an en-suite bathroom with a shower and air conditioning with cooling and heating options.

The manor house suites with a balcony and lake view can accommodate 1-2 people and are 25 sqm in size. The rooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower and A/C with cooling and warming option.

LAKESIDE SUITES (cabin)

The modern and Scandinavian lakeside suites can accommodate 1-2 people in comfortable double spring beds that can be joined together. The suites are 25 sqm, and each has an en-suite bathroom with shower, A/C, breakfast cabinet, and a terrace. There is parking available for one car for each suite, and two of the suites are pet-friendly.

MANOR HOUSE RESTAURANT BALLADI AND TERRACE BY THE LAKE

The elegant and spacious Restaurant Balladi with an outdoor terrace is located in the recently renovated manor house and can accommodate up to 100 guests. The à la carte menu, available during the summer, is a blend of local and national flavors that you can enjoy in the restaurant or as takeout.

The restaurant can also be used as an event space for big celebrations as well as smaller gatherings. At Restaurant Balladi, they strive to have their food, ambiance, and service sing a love song together.

Outside of the summer season (June-August), Restaurant Balladi is mainly open for pre-ordered events. They also have ‘open for all’ events such as Mother’s Day and Father’s Day lunches, brunches, Christmas lunches, and the restaurant is occasionally open during the weekends during holidays.

BREAKFAST

Outside the summer season, breakfast is mainly served as pre-packed takeaway meals. Our breakfast service offers a generous spread of quality produce from our local partners. Please inform our staff of any allergens before your stay, if possible.

SAUNA

At Radalla Resort, you can enjoy the sauna experience in four different ways. All the saunas can be rented for private use, and we have created a special menu that can be pre-booked and catered at the sauna.

LOG CABIN SAUNA

The traditional log cabin sauna with a chamber with a fireplace makes it a suitable spot for cozy gatherings.

The cabin has two separate saunas with dressing rooms, a chamber with a fireplace, WC, and a terrace. Enjoy the sauna experience in the steams of the log cabin sauna, the views from the terrace, and in the refreshing water of Lake Urajärvi.

If you are staying as a hotel guest, you have the opportunity to enjoy the sauna during the allocated time slot for all hotel guests.

CELLAR SAUNA

The cellar has the following amenities: a 6-person electric sauna, a shower room with 2 showers, a space to cool down, dressing room, and WC.

The sauna is located in the cellar of the manor house.

The cellar sauna is a great location for a small gathering. Through the cellar floor, you have access to Urajärvi to enjoy a dip in the lake.

The sauna can be rented together with the adjacent cellar cabinet.

SAUNA AND BARBECUE HUTS

The lakeside sauna and barbecue huts are suitable for events and gatherings of 10 people. The sauna seats 7-8 people at a time. The wood-heated sauna and the barbecue hut are surrounded by a terrace that has access to Lake Urajärvi.

Barbecue Hut :

• Wood-burning barbecue in the middle of the hut

Additionally there is a separate building behind the sauna & barbeque huts with shower, toilet and dressing room facilities.

LAKESIDE SAUNA

The modern lakeside sauna features a smart sauna stove. The sauna room seats 10 people at a time and has a large window with lake views. The sauna is suitable for events and gatherings of 10-15 people.

The sauna building has a WC, 2 dressing rooms, and 2 shower rooms as well as the sauna. Furthermore, there is a large terrace with lake views. The sauna is located about 25 meters from the lake.

If you are staying in a lakeside suite, you have the opportunity to enjoy the sauna during the allocated time slot for the lakeside suite guests.

Activities

Radalla Resort, with its beautiful surrounding Finnish nature, offers numerous opportunities for recreational outdoor activities.

The shallow lakefront is child-friendly and provides easy access for swimming and paddleboarding. From the dock, fishing and boat tours on the lake can be pre-booked.

Iitti Golf course, the most stunning archery range in Finland called “Kymppiranta,” and the public beach with a playground and beach volleyball court are all within a short walking distance from the resort. Additionally, there is a brand new padel court in the resort area.

Access to the 8-km long Radansuu hiking trail is right on the resort grounds.

There are various mountain and road biking trails in the area suitable for different difficulty levels. Organized trail trips, including equipment, are also available.

If you want to explore the surroundings by bike, they provide classic bikes for guests free of charge. Just ask at the reception.

If you’re traveling by car, the area is full of interesting places to visit. For instance, you could spend a day exploring Verla mill village, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Kimola Canal, Repovesi National Park, Tykkimäki Amusement Park, Mustila Arboretum, Olgan Farmi Petting Zoo, or the natural hillfort of Hiidenvuori.

In winter, you can try cross-country skiing, ice-skating, ice swimming, or hiking in the snowy woods.

In summer, some popular activities include golf, hiking, paddleboarding, padel, boating on the lake, cycling, archery, and fishing.
