Very easyThe icebreaker Sampo is the only actual icebreaker in the world sailing on the frozen sea and carrying visitors from around the globe. Sampo navigates almost every day during winter in Kemi, in the marine Lapland.
Programme détaillé
An amazing experience since 1988, offering this globally renowned icebreaker experience. A guarantee that this will be one of the most memorable travel experiences a person can have. The frozen sea itself is a spectacle to behold, not to mention the ability to walk upon it. Watching and feeling the ship maneuver through the frozen sea is truly something special. The vessel also creates a pool in the icy sea and stops for the ice-floating event. ‘Arctic Sunrise’ cruises in the morning and ‘Blue Moment’ cruises in the afternoon are available. The guided tour of the ship, a welcome drink, and a diploma are also included.
The visit to Snowexperience365 in the SnowCastle region is also included in the icebreaker cruise on the cruise date !
The ‘Arctic Sunrise’ cruise takes place from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm, and the ‘Blue Moment’ cruise from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm. Charter cruises and special services are also available.”
